Hello, Mr.(Mrs.) a.,

Thanks for your comment, and reminder,

Of course, I know ebay, but I think there is something different from eBay and this idea.

1.) Most items on eBay follow this pattern:
I have something for sale, I list them on eBay (supply), and I wait for buyers. (demand)

eBay: supplies -> demands ; this idea: demands -> supplies

So, eBay tends to be an aggregator of suppliers, not demands.

2.) Most business models on ebay are c2c, although some sellers are retailers or even store owners in real life. In my proposed model, distributors and retailers can be the majority that provide goods for demands.

Nevertheless, I would like to post my demands on eBay! :D (Will sellers find my demands out of tons of goods for sale?)

I think this could be particularly useful for people looking for non-coventional products, such as collectors items, or rare requests. Sometimes people might not know where to go to find what they're looking for, so if the seller has a financial incentive to sell this item, letting them contact the buyer seems to make sense.

Interesting idea.

Ya, I'm a star-wars collector, I agree with you :P

On the other hand, anything competing in an over saturate market is also good for this demands aggregator since sellers are eager to find buyers.
